This is an inner adventure composed of natural movements, awareness, emotional release and insights. We start by comfortably lying down with eyes closed. The frequencies of the music being played guide the brain through various brainwave states, including those associated with lucid dreaming and deep theta healing. This leads participants into an expanded state of consciousness.
“I arrived in the uncultivated land of West Cork to explore sacred dance as I was directed by spirit to meet Katie. On our introduction I felt her presence and energy, pure inner power. I also recognised her humility which for me is the inner God. The weekend gave me more than I could have imagined. Firstly the fellowship of women and knowing spirit hand picked us to be there - we were mirror's for each other. The weekend gave me so many gifts :
- Self love through another's eyes - Body movement through frequency music, thus allowing healing - Sacred dance and Sufi whirling giving me visual image of my wound on my hand and my mission in this world - My voice, my tribal sound arose from the pit of my core, this I will never forget - The very last inner dance gave me the healing gift of my microcosm inner world and reflected the microcosm world history in relation to my story.
I awoke the inner life force in me by birthing it - I morphed into a hissing snake. I arose in my tribal dance with my tribal call. I stirred the cauldron and saw the future. I mourned the loss of all. I arose as a hawk hovering in the sky seeing it with God's inner eye. This is conscious wave of change.
Thank you Katie for your God's gift and I am blessed to have experienced your gift of dance. The depth of knowledge that you share comes from your curiosity of where, how and why ancient dance evolved and seeing it from all teachers ancient, classical and modern and then bringing your spirit guidance to it. Your teachings are the future and for me it embodied my story and gave so much clarity, healing and peace for the future of us and humanity.”

Blue Lotus Ceremony ~ We will begin by drinking sacred blue lotus tea together. This treasured flower was revered by the ancient Egyptians for thousands of years and is known to have been an integral part of celebrations both medicinally and recreationally. It was used to activate the third eye in the dream temples to explore lucid dreaming and invoke a higher state of consciousness. Ingesting the lotus can calm the nervous system, aid sleep and also act as an aphrodisiac. Its deep female wisdom unfolds within you just as the petals open at dawn.
