Under Katie's expert guidance, you'll unlock new levels of awareness, expand your consciousness, and gain powerful tools that create real and lasting shifts on physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels.
This training is for those who feel called to reclaim their sovereignty, and work with transformative energy in a deeply embodied and authentic way.
Throughout the training, participants will receive ongoing support within a dedicated online group container designed to encourage connection, reflection, and shared growth. Practical exercises, integration practices, and experiential homework will be assigned between sessions to support embodiment and deepen your understanding of the work.
As this training is highly experiential and interactive, live attendance is required for all sessions in order to fully engage with the practices, group processes, and real-time facilitation. Recordings will be provided after each class for continued study and integration.
